Stargate: Ark Of Truth (2008)
SG-1 searches for an ancient weapon which could help them defeat the Ori, and discover it may be in the Ori's own home galaxy. As the Ori prepare to send ships through to the Milky Way to attack Earth, SG-1 travels to the Ori galaxy aboard the Odyssey. The International Oversight committee has their own plans and SG-1 finds themselves in a distant galaxy fighting two powerful enemies.

(at around 1h 6 mins) The code that Sam is trying to modify in order to stop the Replicators from replicating is actually JavaScript, the code used to program Internet browser behaviors.

Factual errors
(at around 1h 6 mins) When Cameron and Samantha are in the core room with some soldiers and a technician trying to find the control in the code, some code is briefly visible on the computer screen that has nothing to do with the replicators.
Incorrectly regarded as goofs
(at around 1h 30 mins) Vala tells Daniel that to activate the ark he must enter seven symbols. Daniel reveals that the keyword is 'origin' which in English has only 6 letters. However, in the dialect of Ancient shared by the Alterens and the Ori, the word for 'origin', which also means 'truth', could easily be 7 letters long. It had been revealed earlier (at around 16 mins) that the ancient word for truth is 'verimas' similar to the Latin 'veritas'.
(at around 20 mins) When Merrick is setting up his equipment to interrogate Tomin, he pushes the play button but not the record button on his voice recorder. However, this particular model has a small record button adjacent to the play button and both must be pressed to begin recording.
Revealing mistakes
(at around 1h 2 mins) When walking through the snowy/rocky area, Teal'c's gray patch moves from the right side of his head to the left side.
The crew is firing multiple calibers of weapons at the replicators, yet inflict no damage to the ship.
(at around 1h 11 mins) Mitchell reports on the radio that he is out of ammo, but in the next scene his P-90 has a fully loaded magazine.
Plot holes
(at around 1h 15 mins) When Adria disappears when Vala and her are talking towards the end, 7 symbols light up on ark, indicating the correct code. Vala tells the seven symbols to Daniel. However, based upon her line of sight, she couldn't have known the last 3 symbols. So there would be no way of opening the ark.
Character error
Teal'c tells Tomin "You will never achieve personal retribution." However retribution means vengeance or revenge. Tomin wants redemption (forgiveness), not revenge on himself. If he wanted revenge on himself, he could easily walk out an air-lock into the vacuum of space.
