Corrina Corrina (1994)
In this comedy-drama set in the late 1950s, Manny Singer (Ray Liotta) is a songwriter who makes his living penning jingles for radio and television commercials. Manny's wife has recently died, leaving him an emotionally broken man; Manny buries himself in his work rather than deal with his grief. His young daughter Molly (Tina Majorino) is taking it even harder; since her mother's passing, Molly has refused to speak. Manny realizes that he needs help taking care of the house and looking after Molly, so he places an ad looking for a maid who can double as a nanny. After a long series of unsuitable applicants, Manny meets Corrina Washington (Whoopi Goldberg), who isn't much on cooking, cleaning, or domestic chores ? but who strikes an immediate chord with Molly. Corrina gets the job, and her vivacious, unconventional personality brings the joy of living back to the Singer home. A romance also begins to bloom between Manny and Corrina, though Manny quickly discovers that being in an interracial relationship in 1959 is not always easy or pleasant. Joan Cusack and Don Ameche highlight the supporting cast.

Continuity
Corina leaves Molly's house and picks an orange off the tree. She tosses it to Molly, but then walks off continuing to toss an orange.
When Molly and Corrina are lying together on the bed after Molly has started speaking again for the first time, her hair is over her mouth in one shot and then her hair is fixed in the very next shot.
When Corrina and Molly are at the restaurant trying to get breakfast, a bottle appears in the waitress's hand as she gets into the car.
Manny messes up Molly's hair when she holds out her hand for money (for the ice cream truck). When we see her running, her hair is perfectly styled again.
When telling Manny that she is quitting, Corrina takes off her gloves, but she has them back on again soon after.
Revealing mistakes
When Corina is making Manny's bed, a hand reaches out as if to catch the blanket.
Audio/visual unsynchronized
When Corinna says goodbye to the elderly woman and her dog, the dog's mouth does not open when she barks.
Crew or equipment visible
At approx. 30 mins. When Corrina is making the bed, a hand can be seen coming into the shot on the other side of the screen.
Boom mic visible
When Molly speaks for the first time, her voice is so soft that the boom mic goes down to the upper third of the screen, lower than Corrina's head.
Character error
When Molly is explaining why she took her father's and Corrina's cigarettes, she says that Corrina's husband "went out for a pack of cigarettes and died". But Corrina had previously told her that he hadn't died, that he went out "for a pack of cigarettes and he never came back."
